Call for express registration using Visa or MasterCard. Please have your credit card ready. Once you have registered by phone, you have 5 business days to send in your registration form with your session selections, signature for the (a) credit card authorization and (b) waiver of liability. Make sure you check-off the box: "Check here if pre-registered by Phone" to avoid duplicate billing.
By fax: (888) 382-2719: 24 hours a day fax registration form and session selections with credit card payment ONLY. Forms without payment will not be processed.
By mail: Mail registration form with session selections and payment to: (Visa/MasterCard/Check/Money Order) no CODs.
